Offecct have long been a favourite company of mine for their range of contemporary contract furniture that begins to blur the boundaries between the domestic and contract environment.
Oyster was launched earlier this year. Designed by Michael Sodeau (former studio mates of Morph UK - funnily enough), and following his Lounger for Swedese, which I am also a big fan of, Oyster is a particularly sophisticated and seductive organic form, but the ability to add an element, changing the personality and scale of the chair, is very poetic and clever.
