A Perfect Block?

So, although we have not left, here is a an image of the type of thing you may come across on this site.

I have had a love affair with skateboarding for 17 years (on and off, some times seeing other people, and arguing often) , and it is something that has shaped my development as an individual on a number of levels.

Anyway, here is a home made obstacle by our friends over at the the monster network. A lovely example of a functional object for artistic exploration (manuals, slides, grinds etc) made from the discarded detritis of the everyday.

A humble pallet transcends its original purpose to become a platform for artistic expression (assisted by a bit of plywood and a shelving bracket). (photo by David Dixon).
